Interested in Becoming a Vegetarian? Read This!

In the year 2018 life as a vegetarian is so easy! Compared to 10 years ago, or even 1 year ago, it seems so simple even normal to forgo the meat during a family dinner, a business luncheon, or at a social gathering with friends. With the prevalence of fake meats, almond milks, and activist organizations the message of going meatless is growing increasingly popular in every day society!

Although this mindset is very prominent these days, many people who want to give this lifestyle a chance don’t really know how or where to start. Don’t worry, Linds can help!

  • Ask Yourself Why

If you would like to know more about the huge role the meat and dairy industries play in Earth’s environmental issues go check out my other post Cowspiracy – The Sustainability Secret.

  • Cut Out All Red and Processed Meats First
